To improve things one must shove the circle into the square peg. You must try until your hand blisters and blood trickles down your arm, making a small pool on the floor for the box to swim in. Arm floaties don't work. I don't trust them. I've tried to use them before, but I always felt that there was too much weight for them to really hold me up. I was 54. As a younger man I bench pressed a gnome. Now circle gets the square for the win.
